About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who doesn’t just design interfaces, but crafts empathetic digital experiences. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how users interact with our platform, ensuring that every touchpoint feels safe, supportive, and empowering.
Key Responsibilities
- Empathy-Driven Design: Lead the end-to-end design process for our web and mobile platforms, focusing on the unique needs of users seeking mental health support.
- User Research: Conduct in-depth user interviews and usability testing to transform complex psychological insights into simple, elegant design solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our development and clinical teams to ensure technical feasibility and medical accuracy in every feature.
- Design System: Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring a consistent and “calming” visual language across the entire ecosystem.
- Prototyping: Create high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI), preferably in Health-Tech, Ed-Tech, or Wellness apps.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centric design and sophisticated visual aesthetics.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (Protopie/Framer).
- Mindset: A high degree of emotional intelligence (EQ) and a passion for mental health advocacy.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex user journeys with a data-informed and compassionate approach.
